Spidey Sense

Spidey Sense beta privacy

Spidey Sense has no account system, analytics, application backend or AI provider.

- Page scanning runs locally only after you activate Spidey on that tab. It scans visible page text and supported links, excluding form inputs and editable fields. No page text is sent to an external service.
- Exact address/ticker sightings, source-page paths, titles and timestamps are stored in extension session storage. Query strings and URL fragments are stripped. The session trail is limited to 150 entities and six source pages per entity and is removed when the browser session ends.
- The watchlist (up to 100 addresses) and motion preference use device-local extension storage. They are not synchronized to an account.
- Clicking Check market sends the selected public address to api.dexscreener.com. That provider sees the request and normal network information such as your IP address. Requests omit credentials and referrer; its privacy policy applies. Returned market data is cached in session storage for up to 60 seconds before refresh.
- Clear watchlist and session trails in settings removes stored sightings, market cache and saved addresses. Close active overlays to discard their in-memory results; subsequent scans can create new sightings.
- No cookies, browser browsing-history database, credentials, wallet keys or signing permissions are requested. The extension does not execute trades.

Installable package version: 0.1.0. No automatic update endpoint is configured for the unpacked beta.
