Install in Chrome

1. Download the Spidey Sense ZIP and extract it to a folder you will keep.
2. Open chrome://extensions in your address bar.
3. Turn on Developer mode in the top right.
4. Choose Load unpacked, then select the extracted spidey-sense-extension folder containing manifest.json.
5. Open the puzzle-piece menu and pin Spidey Sense.

For Edge, use edge://extensions and the same Developer mode / Load unpacked process.

First crawl

Open the scanner test page after installing.

1. Visit a normal website: a post containing a full Solana address, a DEX Screener Solana pool, or a Solscan token page.
2. Click the Spidey Sense toolbar icon, then Start on this page.
3. The spider crawls between visible clues. Web lines connect repeated mentions of the same address or ticker.
4. Choose Check market for price, liquidity, volume and simple market observations. Save useful addresses to your local watchlist.
5. Activate Spidey again after reloading a page or opening a new tab. Use × to stop it on a page.

What this version does

• Detects full 32-byte Solana address candidates, supported token/pool links, and $TICKER mentions in visible page text.
• Connects exact matches across pages you have activated during the browser session.
• Fetches public DEX Screener market data on request, with a 60-second cache.
• Flags pool liquidity below $25k, pools younger than 24h, 1h moves of at least 20%, and sell transaction counts exceeding twice the buy count with at least 10 sells.
• Saves a device-local watchlist and provides pause, minimize, motion settings and a clear-data control.

It does not execute trades, connect to your wallet, verify token safety, classify every Solana account, or trace wallet funding. Canvas-only charts, text in images, closed shadow roots and iframe content are not read. Tickers remain unverified without an address.

Updates & limitations

Unpacked installations update manually: extract the next release into the same folder, open your extensions page, click Reload, then refresh the websites where Spidey was running.

This package targets desktop Chrome and Edge. Firefox requires a separate build and Mozilla signing for regular distribution. Mobile installation is not included. Managed work or school browsers may block Developer mode.

Chrome blocks extensions from browser settings and protected pages such as its store. Market data may be unavailable or rate limited; retry later.
